Blue Beastie
Large modular monster sculpture, built on commission for The Community Edition and their Whimsical Night Market event. Sculpture is nearly 7 feet tall, and breaks down into 9 separate pieces for efficient storage. Face and hands were sculpted in WED clay, then paper mached, filled with expanding foam, painted and weatherproofed. The understructure wooden frame is held together with carriage bolts and wingnuts, for quick setup and teardown.
